2002 impreza sti misfire on tickover
looking at buying an 02 sti but its missfiring on tickover holding back until turbo comes in around 4000rpm and engine light flashes its not smoking from exhaust and no noises from engine no fault codes stored any ideas ??

Neutral Position Switch on the gearbox.
Sounds daft but will need replacing as it interferes with the cam operation and throws out misfire codes and cam sensor codes. About £50 from a dealer. |
