I've not had much joy with my posting in the ICE section so I thought I'd try a more general question :wonder:

Is the metal on the back of the rear seat sturdy enough to mount the Basslink and Amp :Suspiciou

I've played with MDF on the boot floor but as it's so uneven I gave up after smashing up the MDF with a hammer :razz:

Any advice welcome :thumb:

I've bolted amps to the back of rear seats in my previous cars (not scoobs) and they were fine, i use self tapping screws, not too long though, screws in your back aren't too comfy. The seats have to stay rigid in a crash so it would probably be ok with an amp of a couple of kilos.

Anyone else got an opinion on this?
