thanks all, its a wrx PPP SL

has had lots of money spent on things like Whiteline anti roll bars, Alloy drop links and strut braces. so it drives really nice.

very nice car just need to de tango the headlamps i will be doing mine soon makes them look completely different

scoobmj 12 December 2010 04:58 PM

how easy is that to do?

d4n-b 12 December 2010 05:02 PM

dean how do you de tango the headlamps?

deanb1980 12 December 2010 05:08 PM

not very easy at all you need to take the headlamps out and put them in the oven till the glue on the glass warms to a point where you can remove the glass , once you have got the glass off you can take the amber piece of platic off and then put the glass back on replace the glue if needed then leave to set . water test them just in case , then refit the easy way is to buy some second hand headlamps so you dont leave your car illegal to drive if you run into issues then sell your old ones on ebay or here

its quite an easy straight forward job to detango the headlights, its more time consuming than hard to do.i found it easier to use a heat gun rather than putting them in the oven.
