Time has come to sell the car i think

Had the car just over 3 years and its had a lot of work on her.

The engine let go at 95k so its had a built 2.5 forged engine put in. To cope with the extra Tq its running a PPG straight cut 1-4 box. With An ACT Clutch able to cope with 614lbft TQ.

ECU is a motec m800 with 2 maps with a switch. ALS and LC enabled. Mapped by Martyn Jeffries

Bad bits.

I found a major transmission fluid loss last night. something has come through the front diff. The car is already at a very reputable garage. No work has been carried out yet but it will be repaired prior to selling or i can reduce cost of car if you want to carry out work yourself. Probably short notice so im going to let them refurb the box and repair it unless i hear something else

The car was attacked by some prick with paint stripper on the 2 pass doors.

A friend is a sprayer and is going to redo the front bumper and some other bits before sale so i could get doors done but this could be discussed if someone is interested as to whats wanted.

Ive tried to be fair wih description so not to waste peoples time. But as you can see its a well put together car parts wise

Pictures are in my garage but not really upto date. car doesnt have carbon mirrors anymore or STI 8 spoiler.

Im not on my computer at home and car is away so cant get up to date photos.

Ive got a drivers day booked in September an if someone car before then they can take my place. Obviously at their discretion. (£100 day)

Please dont post if your wanting to mention price condition etc. I know a far few on here and they know how much i love this car and spent on it.

Dave strip it. engine,ecu,box worth 5k alone .This is an absolute give away.

Havent really got anywhere to strip at minute but have been thinking about it. Tried to price it fairly as a whole as 8k might scare some off :D

That's the bargain of the century! I'll be amazed if it doesn't sell tonight.

Where is this car located? Seriously considering taking it, please just find out if the problem is with the front diff or the PPG.

It's at TFS Racing near Guildford at present. They are going to strip box completely to find issue then refurb what needs doing. We will decide if it needs a new casing or if it's fixable. Depends how quickly you want it tbh as I live 100 + miles from car location whilst being fixed. I'll be back next weekend and hopefully it should be fixed. No chance paint would be done. Wasn't expecting so much interest tbh

Not too worried about the paint bro. Just let me know exactly what the issue with the diff/g'box is and we'll close the deal

Car is in Guildford and will be repaired there. If there is massive internal issues with the box I will probably strip her as can't afford another ppg gearset. I have a couple of others interested and 1 very. I may chuck a uk standard box back in to allow it to drive if seone wants whole car badly enough.


I will wait till I know extent of damage before calling
