How far down (if at all) is it on your "To do" list :thumb:

We have now purchased machinery big enough to do this, but cant afford to buy a car to make the prototype:(. Just hoping Monks Heath will help us out, or somebody on here:wonder:

Can you make a low level spoiler to replace my sti blob oem one. I want something in between the wrx flat and the larger sti one which uses all the holes the oem sti uses. Thanks

I second that idea mate.

how do your side skirts for the 08/09 hatch fit to the existing skirt please?
Drilling? or just clips like the rear lip using OE holes?

wiley 07 October 2011 09:08 AM

Not sure if you've already made these. But arch extensions from widetrack newage. I know you've produced the slightly bigger ones but wondering if you've get OEM replicas

wiley

Mark supplies sufficient nuts, screws and washers to attach them to the existing side skirts.

However this requires you to remove the skirts to attach them.

In my case, I obtained some "rubber" nuts so that removing the skirts was not required. (similar to OEM/STi splitter attachment)

Which ever way you do it drilling is required.

rb5 286 07 October 2011 10:07 AM

thanks Don

they look great on yours, really suit the car and colour etc - best looking saloon I've seen

dont fancy drilling etc so I'll give these a miss at the moment.

If you removed them all holes are "out of sight" and could be easily filled using blanking grommets if needed.

best looking saloon I've seen
Cheers but don't tell Tony :thumb: :D

The week wouldn't have been a problem, if you'd been nearer, no problem ;)

Sorry but the 150mile there and 150mile train return trip, twice, is just a bit to far really

or a week in a hotel on the beer in Manchester. :thumb: Sorry but it would be cheaper for me to buy you a 320R :p

classic wagon spoiler like this

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1707374474...84.m1423.l2649

or a wider sti upper one as looks narrow from the back standard form i reckon almost same width as car (at top)

Drynachan 03 December 2011 08:55 PM

Would love wide arches for 4door classic/wagon. like the ABW screw on ones but say 25/30mm wide so you don't have to cut the arches and buy massive wheels n tyres. Instead you could fill them with standard wheels with 30mm spaces?

Mr Windscreen 04 December 2011 06:59 AM
