I have a 2002 Impreza WRX and can't turn off the daytime running lights. Anybody have any suggestions?

Do you mean the side lights?
Do the wrx's have a bright button or have they got rid of that now??

US models have DRL's. I could expect it for the Swedes, but seems an odd setup anywhere else.

Wots a DRL ? An inverted LDR (light dependant resistor) ?

I had a rumour from one of the dealers that DRLs were due to be introduced in this country in the next year or so (EC regs or something similar :( ). One theory was that the current side indicators on the new car were done so that they could easily be converted into DRLs - perhaps this has some truth in it?

Dont know if this is a wind-up but, try flicking the switch on the top of the steering column ;)

Pete

Edited to ask if its on the top like on the MY00's??
