Momo Handbrake Covers
Hi Guys anyone fitted the Momo handbrake covers to a New Age 2002, am wondering if they fit/work well and any mods needed :wonder::thumb:

im interested in this too. i saw one on a blobeye parked in tescos once.

Yeah I think they look good, the one I've seen is called "Pitstop" Leather and Satin metal finish, from what i read about this particular model is that it fits over the OE one ???? There's a few diff finishes for this too. Anyone know if the universal ones are OK or are there specific ones for Imprezas out there...................

Hi dan just found this thread when researching your one. :thumb:
To answer the original post Subaru only seem to list the Momo Carbon Effect Handbrake Lever in their official accessory list but that doesn't necessarily mean the others don't fit. This is mine with a matching knob fitted to a blob (2003). :norty: https://www.scoobynet.com/picture.ph...&pictureid=726 All fitting instructions come with it but basically you cut the OE leather grip off with a blade as my fitter gave me it back with a slit down one side. The Momo one is slid over the lever & is locked in place with a grub screw. If you do get one watch for the amount of travel as mine's a bit thicker than the OE one so doesn't drop into the slot so far, it rests on the edge. You just need to allow for that when setting the handbrake adjustment. HTH. There are a few here a lot cheaper than Subaru are doing their one for. Check for compatibility though.
