Roughly how much???
Budget price to uprate my 04 STI engine with better pistons, etc as required to be good for about 420-450bhp??
I'm aware of prices for turbo, injectors, remap, etc, etc, but not the actual block/asembly. Cheers |

But you can swap pistons without splitting the block, depends on the state of the bores...
HTH DunxC P.S. Alan Jeffery do a 2.1 for £1700+VAT, plus all the other gubbins mentioned earlier... |

I think you missed a bit in there ! LOL
You can swap the pistons without splitting the block, saves money, and the rods are good for around 480 bhp ! Assuming the bores aint bad. :cuckoo: DunxC |
The £1700 includes vat! :)

V. sorry I go now! DunxC |
or just use the extg internals, fit supporting mods & voila.

When it comes to the engine, it shouldn't be about cheaper in the short term, because if it goes bang, then it aint going to be cheaper in the long run is it. :cuckoo::D |
