Changed air filter now CEL is on.
 

Hi, I'm a new Scooby owner, I've just got a 12,000 mile 06 WRX and decided to check the filter today to find it was filthy. So fitted a replacement but forgot to put the multi-pin plug into the sensor before I started it up. When the CEL didn't go off straight away I realised what was wrong and connected it up. However the light wont go off. The engine is running perfectly.
Any help would be appreciated from this newbie owner,Any ideas?

Welcome :D

The ECU is pretty good for the 06 and will keep the CEL lit for 5 to 6 engine starts before it thinks all is well :)

Then it will go out LOL
