FMIC question
 

just a quick Q, my standard top mount intercooler has a leek in it (stone hitting it i think!:( ) i have been thinking about a FMIC for a while, can anyone tell me if there is a noticable power/torque increase from this mod? the car is basicly a standard 97 STI, intend to tune it a bit in the future and need to know if id be aswell to just get another TMIC?

have a look at AndyForrestPerformance m8 it will give you a little info on there bud:thumb:

depends on how far you intend on taking mods,if you just intend on going down the normal route of mods ie-air filter,exhaust,dump valve,i would just upgrade to a sti intercooler. but if you are going for better turbo,injectors,remap etc the go for a front mount:thumb:

Obviously the welsh version :lol1:

If you get a fmic, then its best to get it remapped straight away
