Strange Letter from Sky...
I'll try and summarise :
About a month ago I joined Sky broadband, paying £17 / month for the "Connect" package. I asked them when the free package was available and they said in the near future, and they would automatically alter my account when it was available in my area. Letter has arrived saying it is now available in my area, and I have been moved over to the "Mid" package. (£5 / month) Now, here's the twist, it then says in bold letters "As you are a staff member your Broadband subscription is free" !!! I am not a staff member...!!! Clerical error ? Will they cotton on to what they have done and then hit me for a big bill months down the line ?? Thoughts ? :) |
