Do they actually ever reply to emails ive sent them 2 now and have been waiting a week for a reply.Due to the nature of my work i havent got the time to ring during the day the only time i have is before 8am and after 6 so email is the only option.I will give them one more week to reply then i will take my business elsewhere.
Anyone else had any issues with them? |

Scoobyworld have always been great to me over the phone. I have had the odd delay with emails in the past but a phone call takes no time at all ;). Great customer service imo.
