boost problem

hi all,
good to know your enjoyin your weekend. took scoob to the racing line to let matt have a look.had it on rollers running 220@ wheels and 283@ fly.standard car apart from hks stainless exhaust with both cats still in place and a set of irridium plugs.boost delay caused by faulty actuator or feckin turbo on way out.replace actuator first then see! best place to buy and estimate on price guys. classic sti v3 facelift model.
