HELP! need anti-virus software
 

HeyHo Folks

Anyone help i have Mcafee anti-virus but its crap and i have a Trojan/virus thing called Ultimate Cleaner and i need a free spyware/anti-virus package to get rid of it!

Now i'm not being a cheapskate because i would pay for one as i've found one that will get rid of this crap but i dont want to put my credit card details on the computer whilst i have something like this!

avast! antivirus software - computer virus, worm and Trojan protection by ALWIL Software - its free for personal use and its actually very good!

I use this over McAfee.

zone alarms security suite is by far the best you can get for XP

or, if your on vista get kaspersky internet security :)

i use avast and have done for about 4 years now without problem.
installed zone alarm and then removed it a week later , thought it was a big pile o' poo

I recommend lavasoft to remove spyware. - lavasoft.de

I've used both for years without any probs.... Zone Alarm as a firewall & Kaspersky for antivirus, both on XP :)
