A few piccies from Le Mans
I managed to take a few piccies between the downpours.
Its very hard to find a location where you can get a view without getting the dreaded mesh fencing in the way. Must remember to take stilts or a stepladder next year  The winning Audi http://www.sidtech.co.uk/iu/greg1397387863.jpg Class winning Aston Martin:D http://www.sidtech.co.uk/iu/greg928474793.jpg Pug http://www.sidtech.co.uk/iu/greg803705463.jpg Corvette http://www.sidtech.co.uk/iu/greg33205715320.jpg Panoz http://www.sidtech.co.uk/iu/greg30800035039.jpg http://www.sidtech.co.uk/iu/greg0879982592.jpg http://www.sidtech.co.uk/iu/greg70779370648.jpg http://www.sidtech.co.uk/iu/greg491786068782.jpg http://www.sidtech.co.uk/iu/greg85582586382.jpg http://www.sidtech.co.uk/iu/greg2789886820.jpg Greg |
Great pics, but more co-ordination needed :p
Ever seen a basketball player? Jump, and shoot :D :D :lol1: (or your idea of a step ladder could be the winner) Did I say great pics? I think I did :thumb: |
The only trouble is trying to fit a step ladder into a lotus elise:confused:
 |
Did you stay down there all weekend? Just wondering how you would fit a tent in an Elise.

Managed to fit tent, two sleeping bags, two sleeping mats, clothing and other bits and bobs in the car. It just takes a bit of practise packing. The hood was down till it p1ssed down on the french motorway. The car has semi slicks (R888's) so we had to slow down to the point where we were getting soaked so had to pull over and put the hood up. It only took us about 3 mins but we were soaked through to the skin. My drivers seat resembled paddling pool! It was a bit of a squelchy journey from there. But it made a change from the usual le mans heat. |
i've done le mans in a elise a well.bit of a mission packing
