Has to be on Carrs water crackers.
On on melted on a burger from GBK. |
Melted into a bacon, mushroom and shallot sandwich made from crusty French bread. Or melted on top of freshly made bolognese. Sometimes melted onto a pork chop which has been cooked in chopped fresh garlic and olive oil. Can't resist nibbling bits until it goes back in the fridge either.

On crackers, with a glass or five of vintage port. Any other way is ghey IMHO :D |
I bite the top off then take a side at a time, cream included... I scumple up the rapper, drop it and volley it into the air...:)
Hmmm cream eggs... |
Stilton is lovely, as is dansih blue. Get a nice fresh loaf of bread, some butter (I like I can't believe it's not butter) and a lump of stilton and brie. Bliss. Watch out though, it'll make you a fat ba5tard.

Got to be:
1. With port 2. With butter (nothing else will do, certainly no marge or spreads) 3. On Bath Olivers (try them if you never have, they are perfect biscuits for stilton) |
