Remove the bung above the No3 cylinder(8mm hex with lots of swearing), fit adapter, usually LMA067 whack in the sender:thumb:

And me, with swearing at having to buy a long 8mm Allen key, that cost £8, to get the plug out.

Editted to say: No3 cylinder is the rearmost, driver's side. You can just make out the bung to be removed, it's about 20-25mm across with an 8mm hex hole in it. You can see it down below the turbo. Removing the intercooler gives better access.

My intercooler was off, maybe the reson why no swearing??

Of course you can use a sandwich plate on the oil filter to fit them:thumb:

Usually most people fitting replace the original oil pressure sender or T it with the gauge one and fit the oil temp as described.

Yes ic off to have more room but that bung is a tight bugger hence the swearing:D

Used a long handle 8mm key and held that with 2 adjustable spanners to turn the bugger.
