Yes the tubing is going off to the left along the intercooler where it then goes (into the DEFI unit and then goes) back thru into the car and connects upto the gauge.

The T piece fits inbetween the the pipe off the dump valve.

When you do this off the dump valve what size T piece did you use? i:e what size pipe is it that comes off the dump valve? i need to re-fit my boost gauge to here as i was told it is more accurate but my pipe that goes to the boost gauge is only 3mm so i,m imagining that i need a different size for the other piping

pauld37 04 February 2007 06:03 PM

4mm o/d, 2.5mm i/d :)

You might get one at B&Q, Homebase, or a garden centre etc.

You could also try decent carshops, and Halfrauds.

tried them all with no luck. bought a 2.7 i/d off e.bay so i,m going to see what its like, maybe put little clips on it if its to big. do you think it will effect the performance of the dump valve if its to small though?
