:thumb: Nice car

Would go for induction kit (maf friendly), decat downpipe, decat centre and maybe a ninja style backbox. Look into Apexi FC ecu............... list goes on, depends on budget.

enjoy! :norty: :norty:

Hi mate,

Nice car, got one of those myself exactly the same, im starting to mod mine. Look at AndyForrestPerformance website for the apex fc ecu. Been given loads of advice on tuning from these scooby guys, im going Afterburner Vortex de-cat system, uprated fuel pump, VF35 turbo, and remap. Ive been informed in will take the UK Turbo upto 315 bhp.

Cheers Matt:thumb:

i have a uk classic and also went for turbo VF30, decat, uprated fuel pump, induction kit and remap and now its a beast with over 300bhp.
the list is endless, all depends how deep your pockets are.

If you are new to 200 plus bhp then get used to this for a while you can see 4-500bhp if your pocket is deep enough. There's plenty of crashed ones for sale so take it easy fella!

Mods dry induction kit (ie not oiled) or green panel filter, Jap spec angled zorst hks hiper or vortex ect, If you have the money 100 cell front cat, decat centre pipe. Chipped ecu. Samco hoses look the nuts under bonnet.

My last MY99 had

Prodrive BB
Prodrive De-Cat Centre
Prodrive Intercooler Hose
ScoobySport De-Cat Downpipe
Walbro Fuel Pump
Fuel Pressure Regulator
VF35
Tek3

and was about 310 bhp on a standard air box with K&N filter only

Be careful about the MAF on 99/00 cars and I would recommend replacing once a year. Reason I didn't get an induction kit and kept a panel filter. Don't replace MAF and engine goes as happened to me (that was only a PPP kit on standard car at the time).

Also get a KnockLink (helps see when MAF fails)
