Has anyone running a link put 480cc injectors on a YM93 WRX?
If you have what general changes did you have to make with the map (cold start, master fuel etc) ? Cheers Pete |
What size did you have before?
I do think decreasing master fuel by one click at a time should be enough. Be careful and do it slow....remember to check fuelling on boost so you're not running lean. /J |
Jerry,
It had the WRX grey 380cc injectors. They were topping out at 5700 RPM (108% injection), so wasn`t getting the benifit of the top end. I`m not sure about what kind of nick the lambda sensor is in (60,000 miles) so changing that as well to get some true readings on the knocklink. Cheers Pete |
You must surely mean the lambdalink mate... ;)
I'm running 12:1 throughout the rev range on row 6 (from 3500 rpm where me VF24 really kicks in), and I have had *zilch* problems with det. With the crappy TD04 there was another story altogether...that fecker gave me headaches at ZI635... Good luck mate! /J |
Jerry,
Well spotted m8. U passed that test :D Wasn`t awake when i posted earlier (jus outta sack syndrome). Maybe you could help with this 1 though? My new sensor has a signal + and a signal - connector. Which cable do i connect the signal - to on the lambdalink? The black (signal +) goes to the White (signal) but cant figure the grey  Cheers m8 Pete |
Jerry,
4get my last post m8, Pat gave me the script ;) Cheers m8 Pete |
