Hi All,

I've jut gone and had a look at the filter & box and am happy to report that the box is bone dry. Whilst I was there, I took the oportunity to have a look at the MAFF sensor which is clean as a whistle :D:D:D:D

I can only assume that some of you guys & gals have had a panel with an abnormal amount of resin in them.

Infact, the only problem I had was getting the bl00dy cover back on right.

Cheers

Regarding the warranty issue. I run an IM lease car through my business with Scoobysport back, centre & ITG panel filter. According to the Subaru garage that services the vehicle (under contract) and the guys at IM this has not affected my warranty!!

Dom was saying the other day that there is a law in this country which allows for replacement filters to be fitted and the manufacturer cannot void a warranty because of it. As it is a direct replacement, you are allowed choice and not tied in to one kind. If you fit an induction kit then the warranty is voided as it is a totally different bit of kit and not a replacement..........
