Uprated Valvetrain questions ??

I want to improve the valvetrain in my EJ20K !!!

I need valves, valve springs, retainers and a set of cams.

Most probably I will go for Marks (Lateral) Modina cams (and get the rest from JUN) or I will take a JUN camshaft/springs/retainers package directly from Japan. Has anyone tried any of the above setups? Jun mentions that some kind of work is needed to fit the cams ? anyone knows how easy or not this is ? Do I need adjustable cam gears ?

Any suggestion for reasonably priced valves for EJ20K?

Is it possible to fit EJ205/207 valves in the heads of EJ20K with some machining in the heads ? Has anyone tried this ?

Any help/suggestion is appreciated

Until now I was on OEM valvetrain but everything else was changed in the engine.

I am looking for the best possible solution concerning reliability and power.

For high lift cams the upper side of the head needs machining for clearance.

Anyone else feel free to correct me if i'm wrong...

The car used to be well over 400 + bhp + Nitrous. Everything else is modified (closed deck 2.0, forged internals, FMIC, PFC, Injectors, PPG gearbox, etc, etc). :thumb:

The only thing left is the valvetrain and I have no expirience in this subject and therefore I ask for all possible infos and suggestions.
