Injectors, o-rings and swapping back to 440's
I have a set of phase 1 550cc injectors in my MY00 turbo that were fitted using a fitting kit with O-rings, hex bolts and metal spacers/washers under the top cap to raise it a little.
I need to change back to the originals but I am unsure wether its just a case of using the same o-rings and taking out the spacers? Any help would be great!! Nezz. |
look at the 440s they probably still have the Orings on them?

Put new ones on!! I didn't, and got a hydraulic lock on one of the cylinders cos the o-ring was damaged,leaking into the cylinder,and ended up filling my sump with fuel. Luckily found out befor starting it.

you can do that with new orings.. it is in how you fit them.. obviously inspect them before use..
