I took the picture a few weeks ago as I thought it was cool but kind of scary at the same time. Signs are outside near the entrance as well as inside. Loads of the older buildings in the city have the signs still up if you look carefully. During the cold war there was at least one on every block apparantly, clearly marked, and available to the public in the event of attack |
