hotels...
why do hotels all kick you out in the morning before you have opened your eyes
are there any hotel chains that let you have breakfast at midday and kick you out in the afternoon:notworthy |
lazy moo :D:D:D
hotels need you out so they can clean your room!!! if however you put a dnd on the door, and you are staying for more than one day, they will generally (if you ask) clean your room around you. you have to remember they have in excess of 2-300 rooms, it takes on average 15 mins per room.... you do the math Mart |
i might patent a hotel chain that gives you 24 hours if you pay for it, what do you think:thumb:
i think if you pay for a 24hour period you should get it:D if you put a do not disturb on your door the cleaner always comes in  |

i might hide under my bed next time:D
|
Her majestys ...:wonder:
|
The house keepers should clean under the bed
|
I mean, if it's that important then pay for another night!

|
Depends what time you check in. Somebody else has to check for the next day you know.

i thought there might be a system where you get 24 hours whatever time you check in and the cleaners ..well fcuk the cleaners cos they always leave someone elses pubic hairs in the bath:lol1: |

The simple answer to the question is: No, you cannot stay a full 24 hours. A "day" would be from check-in time until check-out time. Normally check-in time starts around 2pm, and checkout time varies, from 9am - noon. Though you can usually ask to extend check-out time, but it'll be 1pm at the absolutle latest, or has been so at the various places I've stayed.
It can be considered a bit of a con, as the daily rate does not equate to a full day's accomodation, but that's life. If you want/need a full 24 hours then you'll end up paying for two days. |

maybe I should have said a full 24 hours, rather than a full day. I don't consider it a con, though some could do.

its only annoying when they kick you out around 11, but your bus/train/flight is leaving at 5in the afternoon and you have to lug the bags around while in the "feck im going home" state of mind :D
|
its even worse when you have a train to catch at 5am and they chuck you out at 11am:D
