Repairing a exaust manifold

Hiya guys,

Just wondering if someone could help me out. I've bought a 2nd hand sports exaust manifold for my car and was hoping to refurbish it and get it ceramic coated. I've since taken it to a "small-time" exaust manufactures and they've said they can't do anything about the dints.
I've had it on good authority from the manifold manufacturers (in Aus - so I can't send it there :( ) that it should be possible to have the major dint, heated then 1) "rodded" out (pressed out from the inside OR 2) a hole drilled in it & pulled out then have the hole refilled.

Can anyone offer an educated opinion if this is possible and I should continue on my quest for a garage / metal workers who will take on this work?

I've slapped 2 photos on here from 2 angles to get an idea of the major dint & how deep it is.

Thanks guys,

Craig.

Find a local welding shop and ask them what they can do, they will probably cut a section out then shape and seam weld a new piece in.
