I have a my99 133k and still sweet as a nut and running at 320bhp , i have known them if looked after to well top 200k.....which i am hopeing for. Keep them serviced thats my tip for the day :)

But the old women on here tell us that these are chocolate engines and need soooooo special treatment??
How can they possibly exceed 20,000 miles without a complete overhaul?? ;) 62,500 MY00 and the same brake pads/discs/exhaust/clutch/ECU/MAF/Turbo ... never blown up, never put a foot wrong!! :D Then again I don't play silly buggers and change anything!! :D Pete |

not mine but one of our customers had 213,000 on an x reg legacy today still on original engine and oil pump and has used magnatec since day one.

I did 93k miles in my MY00 Scooby from Jan 2000 to Nov 2003. Bought it with 0, sold it with 93k. Never missed a beat. Unlike its replacement...
