unfortunatly it has to be original subaru part with subaru sramped on it so not seasy to find cheap. i bought one of API and and once i unrapped it there supposed "A1" wing was rusty and bent its worse than the one i am taking off and they wont refund my money!
holy moly sombody must have one ? |
Not a case of won't refund at all. The wing was perfect for shape and so - on when it left here. The owner of the car that we are breaking is local to us here and until it got hit in the rear it was immaculate - everywhere.
The usual deal with carriers is to check before signing and accepting. Once signed for 'in good condition' the carriers will NEVER accept a claim for damage and the supplier, us, or any other part supplier is unable to make a claim. There is no proof at that point that the wing hasn't been damaged after unwrapping. The 'rust' alleged on this wing is below the sill line at the very bottom of the wing where it bolts to the frame, surface rust, perfectly removeable with a wire brush and hidden by the side skirts and or mud flaps. Nothing to be concerned about and all GC8 wings unless VERY low miles will be the same. When buying used parts - you must accept that they are USED. David APi Engines / APi Impreza |
