Picked up my car from dealer yesterday - took off without doing the Proactive "bit" (test it works once in a while) and was very unhappy to wait 15mins before getting a call.

Much use that is if the cars already left the area in someones van!!!

Anyone else had any problems??

Checked them out a couple of times, allways respond very quickly (within 5 minutes).

Keep giving them hassle. Write to them. Complain.

There is a problem here that they claimed they were sorting out - I also had a problem where I ended up leaving a message on their ansafone, and had to wait an hour for a response.

Write to them, express your dissatisfaction. Unless we give 'em hassle (and goodness only knows, I have) this will happen.

Do not let them continue to give poor service!

15 mins seems to be good for them

Try the 5 days I have waited so far!!

An engineer is now looking for a possible fault on the system on our car on Wednesday following uncountable phone calls to them by my wife (her car).

I am worried about the integrity of this system, especially as our car was vandalised last week and am worried about theft now.

I previously had a sense of security due to this installation, but it appears that it has never worked since fitting 9 months ago and this has now gone.

JZA - I had some issues with them when I first got it fitted as well, although I had phoned them twice with my details they had the mobile/land numbers wrong. I got it sorted out, & response is great now:), very polite on the phone as well, escpecially when I forgot to de-activate 3 times one day:eek:

they have said that I can try the service out as much as possible:)
Now I feel safe leaving my car for at least 30mins @ a time:D:D:D,
cheers

Keep testing them!

My other half set the thing of just now - going for lunch in the scooby. In fairness to Navtrak they rang me in about 3 mins - so maybe its just a one off!!!

Keep testing as Chiark says!!!
