I am considering fitting a TD05 to my MYOO Classic

Are there any known issues with doing this, or is it a straightforward swap??

Yeah, as long as the compressor cover has been altered to front entry it`s plug 7 play ;)

There`s not a lot that I can`t machine when i`ve got access to the right machinery :) Yeah i kept that quiet eh :)

You'll need to file some of the gearbox away to allow the larger coolant pipe (attached to side of turbo) to refrain from touching the gearbox!

Only needs to be about 4mm removed...that or bend the coolant hose a little and risk bursting it!
