Does that mean a return to Edinburgh?
|
eClaire - know a lot of people that have had dealings with Scottish Enterprise recently, due to our huge redundancies.....
Congrats. Hope you can make a difference, and Merry Xmas. |
I am in Edinburgh Imlach! Been here 2 weeks today! :D
Cheers Hammy! :) Well Uncle Ricky, don't know what to say to that apart from we will see! :) Thank you for your kind words! You have a good one too :) |
sheesh....you don't have to answer the phone, do you? ;)
"Hello, Scottish Enterprise Edinburgh and Lothians Business Support Team Administrator speaking, how can I help you?" :D :D Congratulations! :D |
Cangrats Claire. :)
|
answer the phone?
c'mon, mice - we are talking about public service here. |
LOL Mice :D ty :)
Cheers Johnny :) |
 Charlie!
|
eC - i am sure you will be the exception to the rule, just like i was when i worked for local govt. ;)
only trouble is, if you work too hard you find you start getting snide comments as you are showing up the fact that most of the other people are doing fook all. i hope they are giving you flexi-time. that was a real bonus. [Edited by ProperCharlie - 12/19/2003 3:53:25 PM] |
Cheers Charlie :)
I have heard that civil servants are well known for being a bunch of strokers, but when I worked for DTI everyone I came across worked exceptionally hard. Maybe its those local ones that give the rest of us a bad name! ;) Especially that ODPM, not mentioning any names, MR EMERY! :p ;) |

LMAO Chris :)
What about Kingsgate House? I was in Sheffield anyways, so it was nothing to do with me! :p |
I've only been let into 1 Victoria Street and the Leeds office (damned if I remember the name but I spent enough hours in there) They obviously didn't like the look of me :D
Oh, congrats on getting the job  |
Cheers Chris :)
|
yes , hats off and 3 cheers, hurrah , hurrah , hurrah , well done my girl !!
|
Why don't civil servants look out of the windows in the mornings?
'cos . . . . . . . . . . . . . . They'd have nothing to do in the afternoons...... :D :D DL (ex-civil servant). |
