Anyone using it?

Downloaded a few films but unable to get any visual playback.
Get the sound but no picture.
what program should i use or what should i get.

assuming they are not copyrighted films ;) you will need divx codecs for your machine, do a search for divx to find them!

search for nimo codec pack latest build and xvid codec

Be aware that the Nimo codec pack does contain spyware.

But I had exactly your problem and installing just the codecs sorted out my lack or video on mpegs.

Porn without pictures is just not the same ;-)

bsteel, my mate shares his bands music on Kazaa to get a bit of free PR, surely thats not illegal ??

k-lite codec pack plays virtually all A/V formats, but as said if its copywrite material then its illegal, otherwise its fine

true the sharing of your own material is not ileagal

I always run ad-aware and spybot after installing any software anyway and have norton av running at all times with daily schedulled virus checks
