Halifax websaver is pretty good interest rate.I have some money in one.
I assume you have used up your cash ISA limit of 3,000.

You can also get a slightly higher rate of interest if you set up a minthly direct debit saving plan at your local bank.

The only downside is that wherever you go interest rates are pretty low anyway.

You can put 7k a year in an ISA

wakeboardar 19 September 2003 07:30 PM

3k in a mini cash isa

7 in a unit trust

mini isa has easy access

do one in your name, the missus, your nans, the dogs and your cat,

oh but you have to be a tax payer so may be not the cat
