I'm not sure of the size, however you can get copper washers that have small holes in but have quite large flanges (Oh err). I use these on most things, as I just drill out to the required diameter. This is if you don't get the required answer before halfords shuts.

Cheers:D.

Thought it would be simple for all these people that change their turbos like their socks;):D

The copper washers for the turbo water feed and return, what size are they, and should i be able to buy some or a selection from a Halfords Store?

I have been fiddling with the car, and their now appears to be a white smoke from around the turbo area, but only when i have given it some pedal, ie increased pressure, and the smoke is short lived.

So, as i have had the water pipes off, i am assuming its the copper washers, and shall replace those.

Cant feel any water on idle (burns hands:rolleyes:) or once the engine is cold, so assume its coming out under extreme pressure and just evaporating.
