alarm sensor and alarm bracket within 12 months
rust on the INSIDE of the boot lid from the spoiler and gearbox (within 2 years)

actually Subaru refused to pay for the body work on the spoiler as it was 'aftermarket' - it was a flipping Prodrive one too. Top marks to Adams for fixing it up and taking the hit

Interested to know seeing that Subaru alway come out on top in the reliablity stakes. Hom many out there actually have required any serious work done under warranty?

Hi,

MY99 RB5 35k, third gear was making a terrible whining noise, Subaru service centre could not identify a problem so a new gearbox was put in with no questions asked. All done under warranty :D

Go to the dealer and ask for a goodwill claim, worth a try.
