ie quick ,pleeaase ,half way through job  . Only one head unit output(ie one pair)but i need to power two amps in boot should i split the signal at head unit or at amps or is there a more proffesional way? Please :D
I would put the splitter at the amp end , it will be better if that is your only alternative because you will have to run only one set of RCA leads, remember splitting will half the output from the head unit to the amps. Don't you amps have a link through facility???

Matty you joining us on Sunday for Lincoln meet?
jewels |
no need - use the spliter to make 4 channels from two and feed both amps off the splitter (isn't that the People's front of judea??? ;))
I may well do Jewels....sounds good...

my viper amps have extra rca outputs for a link to other amps, don't no if your amps have this function, have a look at the connections if there is only one pair of RCA connectors on the amps then you need splitters.
It has three pairs of rca inputs two pairs marked input one pair marked pre-out which i presumed meant "connect the head unit pre-out here.." but i suppose could mean "this is the amps' own pre-out ,you muppet" to use as a link ,is this likely to be the case do you reckon
Found it in the destructions it is a pre-out :D can't be too carefull, don't want to melt my new amp , cheers guys ,**rushes out to finish car** :D
