I’m getting the TSL phase 2-suspension set-up, which includes a full wheel alignment.
How robust is the alignment as I am soon to be changing brake discs and callipers. Will the geometry need re-setting? Also how often should the alignment be re-checked? Is this something that should be checked every year? Where I live the roads aren’t the best. Thanks Graham. |

I had to get mine re-done after riding a curb at speed (lost the car due to lift-off oversteer on a wet bend - doh :( )
The second time Graham also recommended that i get my upcoming new set of tyres fitted before the re-alignment. Don't know for certain how much difference this would have made though. also I would venture to suggest that fitting a whole new brake kit WILL change your geometry settings (slightly) as there will be a fair amount of tugging and hammering to fit the kit hope this helps DaveR |
