We have just had the first gatso cameras installed in Belfast a couple of days ago. As I was approaching one last night at 39MPH (in a 40) a maxed out Corsa came up in the outside lane at 70+. I stuck my arm out the window and waved him to slow down. As he came past he beeped and waved back, keeping the boot down. I thought 'Here comes 60 quid and 3 points'
As he went past I noticed his back number plate read...... 'Just testing' I could hardly drive for laughing :D:D:D |

cheers for the link - i can foresee radar detector sales going through the roof! |
lol - they even post where the mobile cameras will operate - excellent :)

Yeah... apparently they 'want to save lives, not catch you speeding'....
which is why that one is about 20 yards before the end of the 40 zone, and not two miles up the road were all the fatalaties happen |
