Has anyone any experience of the above - I've just bought a second one on hols and stuck it in the bedroom but it doesn't seem to be reading correctly. All the "balls" are down at the bottom supposedly meaning it's over 26°C but a normal thermometer next to it is showing 24-ish. The other one I've got is showing the temp OK relative to the alcohol thermometer.

I wondered whether being jiggled about :D on the way back might have "unsettled" it but it hasn't righted itself overnight / stationary :(

unless the bedroom's hot and steamy and the other two are reading wrong... (yeah, right ;):D))
