i need some verifacation on a few bits for my car...

What bits in particular?

determining whethere an engine is a legacy or an impreza. i have spoken to one guy and he has said 99.9% that only legacy engines came with twin bolt coil packs. just need a second opinion

I'm sure someone on here can help :) Whats the actual engine number? maybe post some photo's. I know I certainly couldn't tell and I've seen a leg engine in an impreza and couldn't have spotted a difference :(

i really need a company taht knows there stuff. I have been told of a few minor differences and i would not have seen them without being told about them.

also, is there anyway i can trace the original vehicle via an engine number?

I have a legacy, and yes the legacy had twin bolt coil packs. Never seen an impreza with them.
