Hi all,

I have owned 2 Classic Scoobs, im just wondering has anyone managed to get rid of the gaps mentioned above?? It looks so tacky it almost looks as though the bumpers going to come off!!!
Many thanks

Got about 8mm gap on both nearside and offside. Had the bumper off but can't seem to sort out this problem without bending the supporting metal. Agree looks cack!

I did have it sorted out by my subaru dealer for £135.00 !!!
They just put 4 bolts underneath the car, but to cover their backs they said "it wont stay up for long" They were right 3 months later and its down again. Someone on here must of found a way of doing it because i would say 80% of Classics have this problem.

I've recently replaced my front bumper, and it sits perfectly. I think it may just be a case of a loose bolt here and there. If it sits properly when you support it then that may well be the case.

There are 4 17mm bolts that hold the bumper hanger on under the bonnet. 2 infront of the battery and 2 by the abs unit. Give them a tighten. Also tighten up the 2 bolts that should be underneath wher the foglights are. when I first put the skin back on I missed theses ones off and it did look like it was hanging a bit too low.
