He ain't got a leg to stand on if you have an independant witness explaining he's at fault.
Consider the amount of damage/no claims/excess before letting the insurers know. I take it you've got all the chaps details... edited coz I can't read. :D Also, didi she hit him or he hit her i.e. Side impact from him to your vehicle or front impact to his vehicle, if you see what I mean... thankfully not the scoob, however some guy has backed into my girlfriend's car in a multi-storey. (whilst she was looking for a space, and he wasn't looking at all) Basically she and an independent witness say he was at fault and he had no working reversing lights at the time - is this an offence? It seems quite clear cut to me, but the lights issue might be the winner factor with the insurance co's - thoughts? cheers |
