So what is a girl to do, off on a jolly to Omaha, without scooby or the husband.
If any of you know Omaha, have you any tips for keeping a girl amused for a couple of weeks ? http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif I've already checked all the ski resorts in Colorado and none will be open in time http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/frown.gif |
Carolyn,
Without the Scooby - oh dear! Suggest plenty of drinking. Failing that - shop till you drop! Seriously, never been, but someone here must have - come on guys. Have a good time. Kim http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif |

Make a note of the odometer reading on your car. Leave some of your underwear in the glove compartment and various other odd places you might look and make sure the car stinks of your fave perfume.
That'll make sure "he" behaves and the car stays where it is!! http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif Have you tried this posting on the North American I-Club board? |
So - the husband's viewpoint:
Two weeks of leaving all the bog seats up when I feel like it Two weeks of sitting on the bog with a car mag for 20 mins not feeling guilty or being timed Two weeks of junk food of my choice Two weeks of uninterrupted internet searching - strictly in the interests of science of course Two weeks of being able to channel flip continuously on Sky Two weeks of not tripping over the pile of clothes/shoes on the floor on her side of the bed Two weeks of not being "persuaded" to do the chores on the to do list Two weeks of not being woken up by having the bedclothes stolen/wife talking in sleep (remember that after you return dear)/grinding teeth Oh dear what a bind.... (Just remember my precious you started this thread not me.....) Diablo - you...don't...want...the...ticket...that...badly Barry K - got my own scooby - don't need to drive hers (unless it's got more petrol in)!! http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif |

You've not really been looking forward to this or put much thoughts into 'what to do' now have you. Good list - top bloke By the way you may have missed out - two weeks of going out on the pull in your 'pussy magnet' |
It's not "Pussy Magnet" it's "F**** Magnet".
