You are so right Richard http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

I forgot how funny that thread was. A good read to be had by all http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

Thoroughly recommended.

Oh... by the way, If the trunk monkey for the MY01 WRX is cheaper in the UK, what about a group buy?

I always felt the septics were behind us in car technology (ie to go faster just keep making the engine and petrol tank bigger) but after reading this, I see they have moved to the very forefront, indeed white hot crucible leading edge of the future with this startling "first" in automotive development!

P.S.
Is it now OK to bare one's "ar$e" in the back window (tr USA="fanny")after overtaking a particularly annoying plonker or must it be left to the "trunk" occupant?

Oh that's definitely a job for the Trunk Monkey, particularly if fitted with the colon mounted 4" back box.. http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/biggrin.gif

How can these Trunk Monkeys run on beer? Isn't it illegal to have alcohol opened in a car over there?

Nice to see that they need imported beer, that Yank stuff is as weak as p***!

I see that they have genetically modified them as well! That's all we want, the 'Great Unwashed' coming round to smash up your monkey.

The '4" Colon Muffler' sounds a bit painful as well, that should get the A.L.F. out in force

I've just heard a romour that Toyota GB are releasing a 'Trunk addition'. However, due to the fact that we apparently drive 'buses', they are offering a 'Trunk Gorilla' instead. This will have considerably more power than a monkey, but will take a bit longer to get going, as well as not being as quick to get from side-to-side, with an obvious handling penalty over the monkey. It will also drink beer at a phenomenal rate, and, as the boot space in a Supra could be more accurately described as a rear-mounted glove-box, it will require the removal of the rear seats. Not that that would affect anyone over four years old anyway.

You must go to Scoobysport and get their Gorilla Downpipe.. There's WAAY too much lag with a Trunk Gorilla. http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/smile.gif

You have to go to Scoobysport to get a part for a Supra. Hmm, something not quite right there http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/wink.gif
