Can someone please help me with this annoying problem.
It only happens when the car is cold, and right up till its at full running temp. If its any help i have a K'N cone filter. If its a sensor that is the problem, has anyone got any pics of where it is as i am new to these boxer engines.

Thx. dash

you will need to explain the symptoms a bit better to get a good answer theses cars are very fickle and there is the maf or idle valve or temp valve and so on all clc cause a prob try to get it on a select monitor to check the sensors

The best way to explain it is that it feels like fuel starvation.

Mine is doing the same and has gone since adding extra earthing..

So far anyway..

I suspect I have a coil pack going as it is a pre-97 car..

Might be worth doing the earthing mod as being discussed in another thread.. will add link in a minute..

Although I am sure I have only delayed the problem rather than solved it..
