GOOD:
sky- i ordered sky+ and found out that just after instal the instal fee was removed, i thought what bad timing BUT one call to sky to say "thats ot very fair is it" and the refund my instal costs no questions....superb company! BAD NTL- my NTL dispute now covers 6 months consisting of about 12 letters to them 30+ emails, abaout 9hrs on hold, 10 phone calls, 20 "sorrys" from them, and about 10 incorrect bills including a DISCONECTION NOTICE for a service that i had stopped 3 weeks before and they had collect the set top box for (disconect what you morons?) and the latest is a letter from a third party collection comapny (we will visit you to collect the money) for a bill that NTL said was wrong in June but never sorted out. NTL and THE worst company i have ever dealt with i my life. T |
NTL sold me Broadband internet, but FAILED to tell me that they couldn't support me if my computer ran Windows XP......which, of course, it does!!
Took me about 3 weeks to get it up and running, even then it was done by my niece's fiance! Alcazar |

my last conversation with them went like this:
"sorry sir, i cant explain why we havent called you back within 24 hrs if we said we were going to, if you like i can raise a complaint about it and we will call you back within 24hrs" "hmmm, last bloke at NTL i spoke to assured me there was no policy of employing retarded chimps...but having spoken with you i now doubt him" "yes sir, would you like me to have someone call you......" GIVE UP (only good thing is i stopped my DD in June so they aint getting my money! |
