I've had one for about a year now, bought it second hand from a mate for £100. Works OK with Gatso although very little reaction time (100m before camera if your lucky). Not too concerned about Gatso as I keep to the speed limit till I see the national speed limit sign then it's down into second and away :) Loads of false alarms around out of town shopping centres and the occasional rural house. Have yet to get a laser to set it off even when I can see the vans on the bridges (maybe that's why it was £100 :()
My advice is don't do it. Save your £250/300 and buy something else like a digi camera so you can post pics in the members gallery.
