Ofcourse I will mate slow and steady tho I have to divide my time between the wife buisness and car 🤣 although truth be told she drives it the most I take it for an MOT that's about it 🤣

Cracking post, what a lovely shell, as someone who has bought another classic impreza to find its rotten badly, this looks amazing work, what did you wrap your loom in? Been looking for something for a while, auto electrician left half my looms bare after fixing my wiring issue and screwing me over.
£700 is a bargain for such a clean shell.

Thankyou and did you not view it when you purchased. To check for rust? Granted some areas it's hard to see/tell but yeah I was rather lucky with this one complete rolling shell to. Yeah sure so it's Tessa wiring loom tape on Amazon pack of 5 it's the sticky cloth one OEM look 👍

Excellent build, very interested to see how this progresses.

It was a cheap eBay buy, ended up picking it up on a dark rainy night before lockdown hit. All old mot's had no mention of any rust lol.

Excellent work, love this progress.

And of course the natural place for car parts is in the kitchen.

Vxr2010 22 April 2023 11:58 PM

My friend was re building his engine , and washed his heads in the dishwasher , that is a proper use for it 👍😂

Due to unforeseen circumstances I am looking at selling the whole project if anyone would be interested

hedgecutter 11 May 2023 09:07 AM

That's really sad. I'm always impressed when someone takes on this level of work on a driveway.
