Database shows a grommet, spacer and screw on both sides
Possibly the grommet shown in your pic above ?? https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.sco...a8a7e04eb3.png https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.sco...00150e957b.png |

Could be that the mounting holes for *000/001 are 673 x 300 mm
https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.sco...4fee8df532.png and the *010 are 642 x 270+12.5 mm https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.sco...093de7ec2d.png |
It's confusing the HD one is 673 from centre of hole to end of radiator , next one if you look is 642 from same start then 32 to the same point giving 674 so there basically the same tho according to the discription like you say the part numbers are slightly different ,think Al try get the spacers and make a bracket tho the spacers are no longer available need to try a breakers

Measured the pitch between the rubber grommets ,it's 670mm only one I see that looks correct is this but part number SUBARU - OE-73210FE010
