If you can work out how on earth to read the history you're a better man than me. I have one of those Jap books all full up with details and haven't the first idea what any of it means.

but you know the history is there better than having none at all.Got a neighbour who is from Japan might ask them.

Download Microsoft translate onto your phone. You can then use the app with tour phone camera to translate each page and save the translation to your phone for offline use. Got me out of trouble quite a few times with equipment ive bought from china and only had Chinese instructions.

It wont be exact of course, but will be pretty good.
